A stable administrative team with a common long-range vision is in place. Sustainable reform is at the heart of that vision, which embraces the creation of partnerships with local, county and state institutions, including higher education, regional arts and cultural centers and civic organizations, because they are essential to the goal of connecting students with resources not readily available within the confines of a school setting. New Milford schools enjoy partnerships with Bergen Community College and Ramapo College.
Grades 6-12: You will meet with a registrar, create a schedule, and have the opportunity to ask questions about the school.

The online registration process must be submitted for all incoming students. To complete the registration process all required documents must be uploaded via links within our Student Information System.

Residency Verification Forms
Locate the form that best relates to your child's living situation. Keep in mind, there may be additional forms to complete within the Section in some cases.
Proof of residencysupporting documents - with the last name, address and current date noted on the proof (4 items in total)
- Upload deed or lease agreement
- Complete and upload the appropriate residency affidavit
- Choose and upload three supplemental items such as:
- property tax bills
- Mortgages
- voter registration
- vehicle registrations
- Licenses
- Permits
- bank statements
- utility bills
- credit card bills
- phone bills
- canceled checks (not a voided check)
Affidavits
Locate the form that best relates to your child's living situation. Keep in mind, there may be additional forms to complete within the Section in some cases.
Section A - Student and Parent/Guardian live together in New Milford
Residency Form A - must be completed by Parent/Guardian, Revised.
Section A Affidavit - New Milford Residency
Residency Affidavit A - must be completed by the Landlord if there is no lease.
Section B1 and B2 Affidavit - New Milford Residency
Residency Affidavit B1 must be completed by Parent/Guardian. Residency Affidavit B2 must be completed by the New Milford resident that student is living with.
Section C - Student living with Parent or Guardian Temporarily Residing in New Milford
Residency Form C - must be completed by Parent/Guardian.
Section C Affidavit - New Milford Residency
Residency Affidavit C must be completed by the New Milford resident that is providing temporary housing.
Section D - Special Circumstances - None of the Above
Residency Form D must be completed by the parent/guardian when the residency situation is different from what is outlined in A-C.
